By-pass valve
The by-pass valve is used to acknowledge breathing warnings. The by-pass valve is also checked continuously during diving. This function affects the acoustic signature.
Note: WARNING!If the diver receives a warning in an acoustic sensitive situation, the diver must immediately leave the sensitive area and then acknowledge the warning by means of a by-pass or by breathing away the warning.
