In order to maintain IS-MIX's excellent magnetic properties, the equipment must not be contaminated with any magnetic particles. It is paramount that the equipment is maintained and thoroughly cleaned. The magnetic status should be verified with a magnetic control measurement especially when diving near live ordnance, mines and other explosive objects.
