If the dumping handle have been pulled, the red wires must be refitted in the weight pockets:

1. Insert the wires into the pockets and attach the handle to the Velcro fastener.
2. On the bottom of the weight pockets, locate the top, white loop and thread it through the eyelet holes in the outer fabric.

1. Thread the loop on through the inner fabric's eyelet holes.

1. Thread the red wire through the white loop.

1. Repeat step 3 for the three remaining loops.
2. Now lead the red wire up in the pocket. No specific attachment of the wire's end is required. Its rigidity is sufficient to hold it in position.

1. Repeat the procedure for the wire in the other weight pocket.
