Diving apparatus
- Wipe out the canister housing.Wipe off the water and lime residue in the canister housing with a damp cloth. Wipe clean the canister stub. Make sure the O-ring is undamaged and sparingly lubricated with Krytox.
- Wipe mask.Pull the hoses to ensure that the water runs out of the folds in the hoses. Shake out as much water as possible from the face mask. Wipe out with a damp cloth.
Note: WARNING!When draining the water in the hoses, it is important that these are stretched, not just to get the water to drain out more easily, but also to simultaneously perform a check of the strength of the hoses and their attachments to the couplings. Therefore keep the mask weight (upwards) and the coupling (downwards) and stretch the hose about 30-40 cm, keep stretched until the water has stopped running from the bayonet coupling.
- Hang the hoses slightly stretched when drying the full face mask at its highest point. The shut-off valve should be open.
- Gas cylinder for the IS-MIX and emergency breathing apparatus:Close the cylinder valves, relieve the pressure (by-pass and drain button on bail-out breathing valve) and remove the gas cylinders. Blow clean and fit protective plugs on the gas cylinders using finger force and submit for filling.
- Drying positions.Let the IS-MIX stand upright on the cylinder brackets. Lock the bellows in their open position ensuring the bellows dry (air must come in) internally by inserting the strap (or the pressure gauge's attachment hook) into the upper hole on the chassis side.

The bellows in the upper position, locked with straps.
- Shake the IS-MIX again so that water can drain out before laying it down to dry naturally, with the bellows weight under the chassis as shown in the figure.

- Canister lid and other parts are hung or placed so that any condensation has the opportunity to leave the components.
