Diving apparatus

Open the cylinder valve and check that the pressure is at least 20 bar.
Loosen the diffuser holder and remove the diffuser, refit the diffuser holder. Remove the cover. If necessary, clean and rinse the cover and diffuser with fresh water.
Remove the bellows weight.Press the button on the bellows plate, while pulling the weight downwards on the valve block.
If necessary, clean and rinse the exterior of the IS-MIX with fresh water and make sure the shut-off valve is closed/switch-over valve in bail-out position.
Remove and clean the breathing hoses and full face mask.- Loosen the breathing hoses' holders that are fixed to the rubber tensioners on the cover - Loosen the breathing hoses' bayonet couplings by turning the hoses so that they are at right angles straight up from the IS-MIX and then pull straight out to the side.- Rinse the hoses inside with fresh water. Rinse the mask inside with fresh water.
Remove and clean the bail-out breathing valve and microphone with fresh water.
Remove the canister and drain the absorbent.Take off the canister lid, remove the canister and drain it of absorbent. If necessary, clean and rinse the canister with fresh water.

Note: WARNING!To prevent water from entering the dosage system, a by-pass must always be made while internal rinsing of the canister housing occurs.

If necessary, clean and rinse the canister housing internally with fresh water during continuous by-pass operations, avoid aiming the powerful jet in the canister stub.
Rinse the inside of the bellows with fresh water, the bellows will rise and water will drain through the surplus valve. Clean and rinse the canister lid with fresh water.
Empty the bellows and canister housing.Raise the IS-MIX let the water run out of the bellows and canister housing.
