In the event of non-conformance, where the IS-MIX's function has deviated from what is normal and described in this user manual or when training, the IS-MIX must be taken out of service, a non-conformance report written (a copy must accompany the IS-MIX ) and is submitted in a reset, cleaned, dry and complete state to stores (authorised maintenance staff ) for corrective maintenance.
