In the event of incidents, that is, if you suspect that IS-MIX's function has deviated from what is described in this user manual or when training which has resulted in danger to the user or any other person, the IS-MIX must be taken out of service. The shut-off valve and all cylinder valves are closed, the IS-MIX is packed in its existing condition and an incident report must be written (a copy must accompany the IS-MIX). The incident report is sent in accordance with internal procedures and practice.
