The buoyancy gas hose is made of a synthetic rubber mix. The hose consists of an inner hose that directs the breathing gas, with an outer reinforcement of artificial fibres (a pressurised winding). The inner hose and reinforcement are protected by a rubber cap. Hose connections are secured with clamping sleeves of stainless steel.

There is a quick coupling with non-return valve at the other end that is coupled with the inflator's quick coupling.
