The temperature should be maintained at a constant level. Normal room temperature, about 20 °C, is preferred for long-term storage as this is favourable as it helps to not accelerate the ageing of the plastic and rubber parts. However, the equipment can be stored in temperatures from -35 to + 50 °C.

Where there are changes in temperature, this increases the risk of condensation, which should be avoided wherever possible.
